CAREERS
Our Vision and Team
Our team’s purpose and passion is to help children grow up in loving & supportive homes with minimal parental conflict and free from abuse. We focus only on legal actions involving child custody, child abuse, and/or domestic violence, excluding new divorce itself. We represent parents, grandparents, and children in paternity/custody cases, divorce or custody modifications, child protective orders, adult protective orders, custody or visitation for persons other than parents, DCFS child welfare cases, termination of parental rights actions, and we serve as Private Guardians ad Litem and Special Masters in high conflict child custody cases.
We are located in St. George, Utah and currently limit our practice to the Southwest Utah area. We look forward to expanding in the future by adding attorneys and other team members around the state.
We seek only those who share our vision and passion and want to help children and families experiencing family conflict or abuse in our community. All applicants must be committed to the strictest confidentiality that is required of attorneys, especially with the sensitive nature of the issues we handle.
If you’re interested in joining our team, please email your resume and a letter of interest to careers@utahchildlaw.com. If we do not have current openings, we would still love to receive your resume and a letter of interest to keep on file as we grow our team and our reach to help more families.
